2ND CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

REUNITING MENTAL HEALTH NURSES

Sharing Experiences, Cultivating Knowledge 


As practitioners/clinicians and scientists, we ask ourselves how scientific findings can be implemented effectively and efficient and, above all, sustainable with long-term success. During the congress we would like to focus on this topic. Of course, you are also welcome to submit contributions on any other topic dealing with psychiatric care within and outside Europe.


Abstracts are being invited under the main theme of ‘Reuniting Mental Health Nurses - Sharing Experiences, Cultivating Knowledge’. These may be associated with one of the following sub-themes:


Sharing of Experiences related to psychiatric and mental health nursing.

  • Including collaboration and coproduction in mental health services


Cultivating knowledge

  • Evaluation of Interventions.

  • Development of Strategies

  • Mental Health Education

  • Coproduction and Collaboration

The Abstract must include:


•     Background 

•     Aim

•     Method

•     Result

•     Discussion

•     Three learning outcomes

Abstracts may be in the form of a:


1. Concurrent session – 20 minutes in length.

2. Symposium – 1 hour in length containing 2-3 papers on the same topic. Abstracts for symposia can contain 400 characters. Please make sure that the individual presenters of the symposium (min. 2, max. 3) are identified by separate headings and that the authors are named. All presenters in the symposia must register individually for the congress.

3. Workshop – 1 hour in length.

4. Poster – on the festival theme, topical developments, research and/or local issues of wider interest. Poster format is A0 vertical (841x 1189 mm) 


(PLEASE NOTE: If you have chosen to present you will be expected to register for the congress).

Closing date for Abstract submission is November 30, 2022.


Your submission will be reviewed by the congress scientific committee and you can expect to be notified of their decision not later than 2 weeks after the closing of the abstract submission.

The Abstract submission should not exceed 2500 characters (not including the references and bibliography).
