When paying via bank transfer please include Full name (first name and family name), Payment has to be made within 28 days after registration otherwise your registration gets deleted and you will have to register again.
The Congress has a limited seating capacity, so we urge delegates to register in advance to avoid disappointment.
Cancellation of participation
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the conference will have their paid fees reimbursed less a processing fee of € 100 provided written notice of non-attendance is received by the Conference Secretariat before December 31, 2022. Any request for cancellation has to be made in writing.
If a cancellation is made after this date no refund of the fee can be expected.
